Please do not attend any training courses if you or someone you live with has any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19. If you or any of your staff are unwell on the day of the training the Instructor may ask you/them to leave the course.
Please ensure that you have identified the potential risks to staff and Instructors from COVID-19 and you have the correct measures and procedures in place. If you are unsure of any of these please refer to the HSE Working Safely guidance (see attached) or GOV.UK website.
When a course takes place on your farm/property the following measures must be in place for the training course:
- You will provide handwashing facilities-running water and soap and/or hand sanitiser throughout the training course.
- All attendees will maintain social distancing and keep 2 metres apart where possible throughout the course
- All equipment that will be used during the course will be cleaned before, during and after the course.
- All attendees should be provided with not only the usual PPE required for the training but also consider using face masks and disposable gloves during the training especially in confined areas. The Instructor reserves the right to enforce this rule.
